My time in the military and Special Forces gave me access to locations, cultures, and rapidly changing situations I may not otherwise have encountered. It strengthened my discipline, resilience, and ability to work under pressure, while broadening the way I see and engage with the world.

I value preparation, attention to detail, and reliability, but I also believe the best work depends on the ability to adapt in the moment. Plans matter, but so do improvisation, innovation, and the confidence to respond creatively when circumstances change.

That balance between preparation and flexibility is central to how I work. I aim to arrive ready, remain observant, and adapt quickly without losing sight of the wider purpose or the context in which a moment is unfolding. Context is essential to capturing people, places, and experiences authentically.
