Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Tim Rees Photography (“I”, “me”) collects when you use this website, how it is used, and the choices you have. The person responsible for your information (the data controller) is Tim Rees, contactable at tim@timreesphotography.com.
What I collect
The only personal information this site collects is what you choose to send through the contact form: your name, email address, the discipline you’re interested in, an optional budget range, and the details of your project. I do not run analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking on this site.
How I use it
Your details are used only to read and reply to your inquiry and to keep a record of our correspondence. I do not sell your information or use it for marketing.
Who processes it
When you submit the contact form, it is delivered to my inbox through a form-handling service (Formspree), which processes the submission on my behalf and forwards it to me by email. If that service is unavailable, the form instead opens your own email app so you can send the message directly. Either way, your message reaches me by email and is stored in my email account.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. It uses a small amount of temporary browser storage for one purpose only — to remember, within a single visit, that you have already seen the opening animation so it isn’t shown again. This contains no personal information and is cleared when you close the tab.
How long it is kept
I keep inquiry messages only for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a reasonable record of enquiries and any work that follows. You can ask me to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information I hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted — just email tim@timreesphotography.com. If you are in the UK or EU and are unhappy with how your information has been handled, you have the right to complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk).
Changes
If this policy changes, the “last updated” date above will change with it.
